About

A small agency with an unreasonable interest in your results.

We design websites, run social media and grow search visibility for brands that want to be taken seriously online.

Our story

The short version.

Why we exist

Most small businesses are sold a website and then left alone. We started SiteMaxima to do the opposite: build the thing, then stay and make it work harder.

How we're different

One team covers design, development, social and search. Nothing gets lost between agencies, and you're never passed to a stranger.

Who we work with

Independent hotels, cafés, trades, clinics and local professionals — anyone whose online presence should be earning its keep.

Principles

What we believe.

Results over awards

Pretty is table stakes. We measure design by enquiries, bookings and sales.

Radically clear

Plain language, fixed quotes, and you always know what stage the project is at.

Small team, senior hands

The people you meet at kick-off are the people doing the work.

Long-term thinking

We'd rather fix a problem cheaply now than sell you a bigger one later.

How we work

What you can expect.

One point of contact

You always know who to call — and they know your project inside out.

Fixed quotes

The price we agree is the price you pay. No surprise invoices.

Honest advice

If something isn't worth your money, we'll tell you — even when it costs us the sale.

The team

Who's behind the work.

D

Calendars, copy and campaigns that sound like you, not a bot.

Keywords, technical fixes and content that compounds over time.

FAQ

Before you write.

Are you a big agency or a small studio?+

A small studio. Around six people work on your project, and you'll know all of them by name.

Where are you based?+

We work remotely with clients anywhere, and meet local brands in person whenever it helps.

How many clients do you take on?+

Only as many as we can serve properly — usually four to six active projects at a time.

Can we start with a small project?+

Yes. A landing page, an audit or a single campaign is a fine way to find out how we work.
